New activity from Gail Benoit

It has been reported on the Animal Crusaders of of People for Stronger Animal Protection Facebook Page on March 15, 2016 - that they have confirmed that Gail Benoit is once again attempting to sell animals on the internet - so please be vigilant when purchasing a pet. If in doubt, don't do it. Do not meet in parking lots, go directly to the sellers house. Adopting from your local rescue or shelter is often the most secure and best idea.

    3. I encountered her and her hubby last year in Bedford before I moved. They are both slimy pieces and so are people I assume are their kids. I kinda wonder if they were stealing people's cats from the street i lived on because I would always see him and her cat wrangling in or around peoples yards. My advice is if you encounter them to stay away from both as I have a funny feeling that they are involved with way more than stealing pets.

    4. I am 99% sure that I met both her and her hubby when they lived in Bedford. I would always see him cat wrangling in my yard and around the neighborhood. He was always looking like he was off his rocker. I will also say that people I believe are their kids are slimy pieces of work too.

  2. where the hell does she get the animals to begin with? who is selling or giving her animals? They need to be locked up too... this woman is reprehensible...I dont know what it will take to ensure she never goes NEAR another animal but whatever it is it needs to happen.. NOW

  5. Purchasing animals online you have to be very careful mane coons are expensive the average costs about 1000.00 so I think she should have been suspicious about the cost of these kittens generally very low priced "purebred animals are a questionable purchase especially online" if you want to purchase one or they should contact a proper breeder or do lots of research before purchasing there are a few breeders in Canada

  7. I bought a dog off her 9 years ago, he was a great dog but he grew to be 115lbs not the 70lbs she said he would be. I forgot about buying my dog off her until i saw this post, we went to the police in Windsor when we first found out and they said they would look into it. All we wanted was to have her stopped from selling animals but it goes to show that cops can't do anything or this would have been fixed and people like her would have a nice home behind bars.

  8. She flagged me down one day 13 years ago and stated she was some kind of spca police and showed me a toy badge. She said she flagged me down because the way I was transporting my animals was against the law and that she was going to take them. I had a German Sheppard and a black lab. They were in my vehicle and I was traveling no different then I had for years with them but the first time in this province, Nova Scotia. Told her she was nuts and she would never get my dogs as she started to reach in my window I sped away. Always wondered what type of person she was till I seen her picture and read the post. She still looks the same as 13 years ago. Someone really needs to stop her.
