If you believe that you've just bought a puppy or dog that's a dog broker and not a responsible breeder or dog rescue - you should contact the Nova Scotia SPCA so that they can document the cruelty that's been done to the puppy you've purchased and hopefully the dog broker or back yard breeder down. You can contact them through their website at http://spcans.ca/ - and please take lots of pictures, because they will need as much evidence as possible.
